V. Financial Report - Dick Reynolds
Dick Reynolds distributed copies of the report; we have $1,735.00 on hand to cover all new expenses such as 2nd annual Squantum Wiffle & $264.48 for proposed Get Active Database.
Related Issues: Karen Green suggested we look into Click & Pledge automatic donations on Polk Dems website. Dick Reynolds will check with Cindy Kimball/Marion Co. Dems on how they handle recurring donations.
VI. Executive Committee Report - Alan Holland
DPO is offering a pilot project to host a website for CCs; the cost would be approx. $30 more than site hosted by Jason Brown and Lisanne Pearcy. Advantages are unity with the state party, consistency w/ other counties CCs, and facilitate access by member to the Get Active volunteer database. Alan to follow up exploration.

- E. Legislative: Rich Riggs: Polk Dems can track legislation by going to Index of Legislative Measures at http://www.leg@state.or.us/bills_laws. Let Rich know of legislation you are interested in.

We can provide in Monmouth if qualified volunteers are available. Salem Electric does not have room for separate child care; West Salem HS does. Alan to look into long term commitment by WSHS for space for meetings & childcare before we give up Salem Electric meeting site. Rich Riggs volunteered his Red Cross trained daughter to watch children. Christ's Church does have space suitable for childcare.
